Alambagh is also a a good market of Lucknow suburb. It was originally a market started by the resettlement people after the partition of the country. People of the locality and nearby areas visit for shopping in this market. In Alambagh there are a number of big jewellery showrooms, alongwith others.
In this market you can purchase almost anything. Pricewise this market is economical and at par with Aminabad or Chowk market. In terms of fooding Alambagh does not have much to offer you.
